About GFRP Bars
Glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) bar is a material used in construction as an iron rods alternative in concrete reinforcement. To produce our bars, we are using two main components: direct roving (thin filaments of glass) and resins (mixture of different chemicals in which main component is resin).
Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Soaking of direct roving with resins
Step 2: Formation of a rebar
Step 3: Heating of a formed rebar
Step 4: Cooling
Step 5: Cutting rebars according to the determined length

Our GFRP bars are available in various diameters. The table below shows nominal diameters and their equivalent steel bar sizes. All bars have a minimum tensile strength of 750-900 MPa depending on size.
